Troubleshooting

Q4-1. At the starting of C-LOGGER, a message is shown that the device driver is an earlier version.

A4-1.
Please update the device driver to the latest version.

Q4-2. An error occurred when the sampling clock period is specified to high speed.

A4-2.
The device driver cannot process in time. Please slow down the sampling clock period.

Q4-3. In Select Device dialogue, the device that must have been installed is not shown.

A4-3.
It is a possibility that the device name is not specified.
If installation is performed after starting C-LOGGER, try restarting C-LOGGER.

If the device is not displayed after restarting, please run the diagnosis program of API-AIO(WDM).
You can check the operation of the device and also make the diagnostic report with the diagnosis program.

Q4-4. The displayed (recorded) start time is earlier than the real computer time.

A4-4.
The displayed (recorded) start time is rounded down decimal places.
As a result, the start time is earlier than the real computer time. It is early 0 second (min.) to 1 second (max.).

It is same as the time recorded in CSV/Excel.

Q4-5. According to the settings of start trigger, the T value of YT window and the time of data saving are different from the start time of data logging started by the trigger condition.

A4-5.
If [Start Trigger Setup] of Setting Acquisition Conditions is specified as one of the value in [Digital Edge, Analog Level, Analog In Range, Analog Out Range], it is not [the time actually started the sampling by trigger setup condition], it is [the time clicked Start Logging button].

It is because sampling is performed by hardware, start trigger and time cannot be gotten synchronously.

If [Relative Time] is selected, time is calculated by the specified sampling clock, so the display is correct.
