Overview of Setting Utility

Setting Utility is an application to set media converters.

The media converter can be used with the default settings.

The setting utility allows you to fine-tune the settings of the media converter.
And, in addition to setting media converter, you can also write firmware by Setting Utility.

How to Use Setting Utility

Menu	Submenu	Overview
File menu	Exit	Exit application.
Edit menu	Auto Detect	Detect the media converters that are currently connected.
	Clear List	Clear the detected media converters from the list.
	Basic Settings	Display the window for setting media converters.
	SNMP Settings	Display the window for setting SNMP.
	Add	Add a media converter into the list by specifying IP address.
View menu	Environment Information	Display the setting information of media converter.
	Interface Information	Display the interface information of serial and ethernet.
	Management Information	Display the management information of serial and ethernet.
	DHCP Information	Display the information of DHCP server.
Firmware menu	Read Firmware from Device	Read the firmware that is written to the media converter, and save it into a file.
	Write Firmware to Device	Write firmware to media converters.
	Read Setting File from Device	Read the setting file that is written to the media converter, and save it into a file.
	Write Setting File to Device	Write setting file to media converters.
Help menu	Version	Display the information such as the version of Setting Utility.
