Application Distribution

Please refer to when using the application created using DAQ-LV-WIN on other PC.

Preparation at distribution destination PC

In order to execute the created application on another PC, the following steps are required.

1. Installing device to be used and device driver
2. Copying the files (described later) necessary for the operation of DAQ-LV-WIN

For preparation at distribution destination PC, please refer to the installation procedure.
In addition, in Step 3, execute [DAQfastRuntime.exe] in [Runtime] folder instead of [DAQfastSetup.exe].

Difference between DAQfastSetup.exe and DAQfastRuntime.exe

DAQfastRuntime.exe only copies the following four DLL files required for DAQ-LV-WIN to work.

　・caio.dll
　・cdio.dll
　・ccnt.dll
　・CDAQ-LV-WIN.dll

Unlike the development PC, samples, help, files in LabVIEW directory are unnecessary on the application distribution destination PC, so DAQfastRuntime.exe does not copies these files.
