CNT Device Type

CNT devices can be divided into the following types depending on the functions they are equipped with.

Normal Counter

It performs normal counter operations such as counting input signals and outputting pulses to the outside when the count matches.

High-performance Counter

In addition to the functions of the normal counter, you can use the following hardware event functions.

- Outputs a pulse externally using the control output signal when the count matches or an error occurs.

- Preset/zero-clear the count value and start/stop the counter using the control input signal.

- Preset/zero-clear the count value when count matches.
