[Limit Signals for
Input screen] has the following GUI (Graphical User Interface).
The screen shows the limit input signal and its status. There are two types
of states.
The state where the limit is entered (ON) is shown in green ■,
and the state where the limit is not entered (OFF) is shown in red ■.
Make sure that all limits have not been entered (■
red), and then click the [Next] button.
If the signal is not normal, check the wiring.
Click the [Cancel] button to return to the
Select Axis screen.
If you cannot click
the [Next] button, the following causes are possible. Please check
the settings.
1, +LIM and -LIM are ON
-The limit switch is not wired.
-The wiring of the limit switch is
incorrect.
-The power of the limit switch is not
supplied.
2, ALM/ES is ON
-The driver unit is outputting an alarm
signal.
-The positive / negative logic of the
alarm is reversed.
-Although it is used as a general-purpose
input, the setting is alarm input.
