Retrieves the acceleration time of bank/interpolation operation.

The address of the variable that stores the acceleration time is specified.
The unit is ms.

Remarks
SMC-2/4/8DL series is "BankNo=1" fixation.
The value is corrected by SmcWSetBankStartSpeed and SmcWSetBankTargetSpeed( SmcWSetBankSSpeed when S Rate operation is used ).
This function can be executed even if the axis is in operation.
