Set signal source

Mono-phase/2-phase/Gate Control

Multiplier (1X / 2X / 4X)

Set clear mode
Set it to either Synchronous Clear or Asynchronous Clear. (the function of CntSetOperationMode)
Set count direction

Set Z phase mode
