Function
Set S Speed section of bank/interpolation operation.
Format
Ret = SmcWSetBankSSpeed( Id , AxisNo , BankNo , SSpeed )
Parameters
Id [ C, C++: short ] [ Python: ctypes.c_short ]
Specify the device ID retrieved by SmcWInit function.
AxisNo [ C, C++: short ] [ Python: ctypes.c_short ]
Specify axis number.

SMC-2/4/8DL series is "BankNo=1" fixation.
The value is corrected by
the resolution set with SmcWSetBankResolveSpeed.
