When CPSN-CNT-3201I is used in combination with CPSN-MCB271-xxx,
it does not support event notification, but you can set a comparison value for counts that output one-shot pulses

  For a 24-bit counter device: 0 to 16,777,215 (FFFFFFH)
  For a 32-bit counter device: 0 to 4,294,967,295 (FFFFFFFFH)
  For CPSN-DI-16BCL: 0 to 4,294,967,295 (FFFFFFFFH)

Specify comparison register number

Setting range:  0 or 1

*Basically, there is one comparison register for each channel and the register number is 0, so this setting value is usually 0.
 However, the counter device with sampling function has two comparison registers for each channel, so 0 or 1 can be set.
