Specify the type of clock (Internal clock/External clock/Synchronization control signal)

1: Internal clock
2: External clock
3: Handshake
4: Synchronous Control Signal 1
5: Synchronous Control Signal 2
6: Synchronous Control Signal 3

* In synchronous operation, it is the slave device that selects the synchronization control signal for the clock
* The recommended setting when synchronization control signal is used for clock is Synchronous Control Signal 1

Specify the internal clock speed with a two-element cluster
It is unnecessary to set when using a clock other than the internal clock

- Element 1: Clock value (Clock)

Specify the clock value
It can be set within the following range in combination with clock value unit (Unit)

- For DIO-32DM3-PE

20 nanoseconds <= clock="" <="21" seconds="" (5="" nanoseconds="" unit)

- For PIO-32DM(PCI), and DIO-32DM2-PE

50 nanoseconds <= clock="" <="107" seconds="" (25="" nanoseconds="" unit)

- Element 2: Clock value unit (Unit)

Specify the unit of the clock value

1: 1sec unit
2: 1ms unit
3: 1us unit
4: 1ns unit

* Initial setting is 1 ms
* If "-1" is set for any element, the setting of all elements will be canceled
