■When the created VI does not work
Before making an inquiry, we recommend that you isolate the problem using the following procedure.
1.Does it work with sample VI?
Please check the operation with the sample that is closer to the processing content as much as possible with the created VI.
[Works on sample VI]
When working with sample VI, it seems that
there is a cause for processing contents of the created VI.
Please refer to the processing contents of sample VI, please check once
again whether the created VI has a problem.
[Sample VI does not work either]
If Sample VI does not work, or there is no sample close to the processing content, proceed to 2.
2.Does it work with the diagnostic program?
The diagnostic program can be launched from the "General Settings"
tab of the Property window of the Device Manager
Please close other programs (including LabVIEW) using the device.
[It runs in the diagnostic program]
There is no problem with the installation
state of the device.
- When using from VI, please make sure that "Device name" on
"Common settings" tab is correctly specified
- Try reinstalling DAQ-LV-WIN
Uninstall the item "DAQ-LV-WIN"
from the program list of the control panel,
Once restarting the OS, execute DAQfastSetup.exe with administrator privilege
[It does not work with diagnostic program]
The device may not be installed properly.
Try reinstalling the device driver.
Whether or not it depends on your PC can be separated by installing it
on a different PC.
3.Is the device driver up to date?
If it works basically but there are specific problems, there is also
a possibility of a known bug in the device driver.
Download the latest driver from our website,
try updating the driver.
For the updating procedure, uninstall the current driver, restart the OS and install it again.
If you can not solve the problem even after
confirming the above points, please consult our inquiries window.
If you can inform the detailed situation, such as concrete content of the
problem and confirmed matters, correspondence will be smooth.
If you can output a diagnostic report (text file)
from the diagnostic program, please also inform me of its contents.
