Modem Commands are used to control the media converter . You can use these commands to send and receive data.
A Modem Command is composed of 3 characters with prefix @.
These commands can be issued by sending the commands with the parameters defined for each command to COM port.
The media converter being connected via RS-232 cable explain the sent commands and parameters, and perform the requested process.
If returning response is set, the specified response string is returned.
To get the detail description of the parameters or response, the used symbols have the following meanings.
=>: Indicates transmission from the terminal to the media converter.
<=: Indicates reception from the media converter to the terminal.
CR: Indicates a Carriage Return (0x0D).
LF: Indicates a Line Feed (0x0A).
"": Indicates the enclosed contents are ASCII characters.
(): Indicates input of the enclosed data. Input is mandatory.
[]: Indicates input of the enclosed data. Data input can be omitted.
