Communication port settings such as baud rate (bit/s), data length (data bit), stop bit, parity, etc. can be set as a Windows OS standard function.
However, serial communication parameters are generally set within general-purpose package software (or application software).
Since many general-purpose software packages reset the communication parameters,
even if the communication settings are made using the OS standard functions as shown below, the contents will not be reflected.
