Note When Setting up Multiple Boards

For PCI Express boards and PCI boards, you can set the board ID.

If you are using one board, there is no need to change the board ID. (Factory default)
However, if you are installing multiple boards of the same model, it is necessary to set the board IDs so that they do not overlap.

Outline steps for changing board ID

1. Change the board ID using a rotary switch etc. on the device.
2. Make sure that the computer is turned off and then insert the board into the computer's expansion bus slot.
3. Turn on the computer and start the OS.
