This is a type of equivalent circuit model that shows the impedance characteristics of a capacitor.
There are two equivalent circuit modes: Serial equivalent circuit mode and Parallel equivalent circuit mode.
The Serial equivalent circuit mode is a measurement mode that assumes
that a resistance component exists in serial with the capacitance.
The Parallel equivalent circuit mode is a measurement mode that assumes
that a resistance component exists in parallel with the capacitance.
If the equivalent circuit mode of the resistance component is unknown,
please measure it automatically.
In AUTO mode, the equivalent circuit mode is determined according to the conditions for the correction.
