The S-curve acceleration/deceleration section can be set in the range of 0 to (target speed - start speed)/2. (S-curve acceleration/deceleration section setting range)
The following effects have been reported by providing an S-curve acceleration/deceleration section. (Servo motor)
・When it is used for image processing, by using S-curve acceleration and deceleration, it is possible to reduce vibration when stopping, which greatly reduces blurring during shooting.
・When it is used for tip dispensers, since it can reduce vibration when stopped, the problem of tip dropping due to vibration during tip movement has been resolved.
On the other hand, we have received the following comments.
・I tried adding an S-curve acceleration/deceleration section, but it didn't work at all.
・I tried adding an S-curve acceleration/deceleration section, but the positioning time became longer.
