CONTEC Device Utility uses multicast communication to search for devices.
Depending on the Wi-Fi access point settings and network environment, multicast
packets may not be forwarded correctly, preventing the utility from detecting
the CPSN-MCB271AH.
Please try the following:
- Use Manual Detect and specify the IP address
of the CPSN-MCB271AH.
- Temporarily disconnect other devices that can receive multicast responses.
- Increase the bandwidth setting of the access point.
