The diagnostic program does not start, operation check can not be performed

CONTEC Device Utility mainly performs multicast communication.
However, diagnostic program and API functions perform unicast IP communication.

Align the IP address of the PC and the IP address of the device to the IP address layer of the same network.
Please refer to the reference manual for your device. For example, IP address initial value etc. of the Ethernet device.

Example: When the IP address of the device is [192.168.0.1], set the IP address of the PC to [192.168.0.100].
