Sampling Mode Setting

Sampling mode settings include the following items.
For the details of each function used and how to set it, please refer to Function Reference.

・Set Stand-alone / Master / Slave

Stand-alone settings are specified using the CntSetStandAlone function.

Master settings are specified using the CntSetMaster function.
Slave settings are specified using the CntSetSlave function.

・Select Totalizing counter / Line receiver counter

Use CntSetCounterMode function to specify Totalizing counter / Line receiver counter.

■Totalizing counter mode

The counter operates as a normal UP/DOWN counter.

■Line receiver counter mode

The difference from the previous count value is used as the sampling data.
When using this mode for sampling at a fixed period, you can measure frequency.
