For High-performance Counter devices, each channel owns one control
output signal.
Though the control output signal is used as general-purpose output by default,
by specifying function to it in the CntSetOutputHardwareEvent
function, the hardware event of one-shot pulse is outputted for the generation
of count match (REG0, REG1), digital filter error or abnormal input error
will occur.
