About temporary number, index number, coefficient, suffix

A temporary number, index number recognizes the characters of the following NRf form (IEEE488.2).

And, the following sign is changed into each value with coefficient suffix.

Though unit suffix is defined with IEEE488.2 in these others, unit suffix is ignored with GpCnvStrToDbl (), GpCnvStrToDblArray(), GpCnvStrToFlt (), GpCnvStrToFltArray().
