Stops the counter action.

Parameters
Id [ C, C++ : short ] [ Python : ctypes.c_short ]
Specifies the ID retrieved from AioInit.
CntChannel [ C, C++ : short ] [ Python : ctypes.c_short ]
Sets the channel of counter.
