Resets software memory.

Id

Specifies the Device ID retrieved from AioInit function.

Remarks
When this function is executed, the following status are reset.
•The
conversion data which is set in memory are reset.
•The
outputted number of generating is reset.
•The
number of repeat is reset to 0.
•"The
specified number of data are output" status is reset.
This function cannot be used on devices without
the analog output function.
If the device is in operation, the function cannot be performed.
